We are an OEM custom bag manufacturer located in Xiamen city, China. Our location is very convenient as we are only 40 minutes away from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and 30 minutes away from Xiamen high-speed railway station. Our company is easily accessible with traffic lines radiating in all directions.

Our company covers an area of more than 2,000 sqm and employs over 50 skilled employees. Our production capacity reaches 50,000 bags per month. We utilize 30 sets of single needle sewing machines, 8 sets of double needle sewing machines, and 2 sets of computerized sewing machines.

1) What are the steps from development to order?
First, we need to receive your bag design (product photo, material, size, color, logo or Sketch). If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.
We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage. If you feel that the rough price is within acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage.
Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustments needed to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
2) Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Because our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to control the cost, we have set a MOQ, which is 500pcs or 1000pcs each style.
3) Sampling
Sample Time: 5-7 days. If bag sample is urgent or very simple, we can finish within 3 days.
Sample Cost: It depends on sample style and quantity. Customers will bear the shipping cost for sending the samples.
We support Paypal to receive the sample cost payment.
4) Screen printing
Its cost depends on its size and colors. Please send us your artwork. It should be in JPG, GIF, PDF or AI format. 300dpi resolution is recommended.
5) Embroidery
Its cost depends on its size and logo content. It is best if you can send us artwork for analysis. It should be in JPG, GIF, PDF or AI format. 300dpi resolution is recommended.
6) Heat transfer printing
It requires plate cost (Normally US$100.00 each plate). It suits for gradient color printing, even all-over printing.
7) Production
Usually we take 30-40 days to produce the bags after getting the order, including material purchasing, packing, and QC checking. We always keep in touch with the buyer during the whole process of production in order to stay informed about any update of production.
8) Payment term
By T/T. Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of BL.
